Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience with VIRSA as smooth as possible. VIRSA provides a 14-day return policy. If you have a valid issue with an item from the company’s end and are not satisfied, we can replace the product for you with zero shipping costs. In such a case, you need to inform us about the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order by calling our Customer Representative Officer at +923016001477 or emailing us at support@virsapure.com.

If your reason for the return is valid, you will receive the replacement items within 3-5 working days.

If you have a valid issue with an item from your end and want to return or replace the product, we can replace it for you with an additional shipping cost. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

The customer needs to return the package via traceable delivery (i.e., courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.
