Mustard is used as cooking oil since centuries but it has very high contents of erusic acid and glucosinolate which are not healthy for prolonged use. Scientiests reduced these 2 acids and the sweet mustard is named CANOLA (Canadian Oil Low in Acids). It is very safe and best option after desi ghee, butter, olive oil and coconut oil. It also contains very high omega 3 fatty acid (9-12%)
